Regarding the syncing issue that your Aria Air has experienced, I'd like you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article, under the subject "Aria Air". After this, monitor your scale and see if it syncs properly.
Regarding the old Aria scale, please go to your online Dashboard through a computer. Once you're logged in, click on the "gear" icon, located at the top right corner of the main page and select your old Aria scale. After this, click on the "People" tab and click on the "trash can" icon, next to your user. After this, your Aria scale should be deleted from your Dashboard when you load it again.
