Morning, my Aria air scales are not working, only had them since January, have tried changing batteries but that didn’t help - any other ideas?

Hi @KateNF. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry your Aria Air is still not turning on and to work on this together, please try restarting your scale with the following steps to see how it responds:

  1. On the back of the scale, touch and hold the button for 5 seconds. The display will flash oTA.
  2. Touch and hold the button for another 5 seconds until the display shows clr.
  3. Once this is done, try weighing on the scale one more time and keep me posted with the outcome.
