My aria is registering my weight in my app as a guest so I have to manually associate it to my name. I have deleted aria I have deleted app and started again but it still won’t sync up to my account. Help is so needed.

My Aria hasn't synced since January. Removing a battery and replacing doesn't put it into setup mode. Instead, the Aria says it is connecting to my SSID. But no sync, and no displayed error.

I reset mine yesterday and it’s doing the exact same thing. The app sees it, it shows a full battery. My weight saved as guest. I’m stuck.

I have even been onto live chat with Fitbit and they couldn’t help me. I’ve had mine for years with no problems but now this. So annoying
I can get it to setup mode no problem and it registers on the app but won’t sync my weight to my name. Fitbit live chat couldn’t even get it to work

My aria 2 scale just started doing the same thing this morning it worked fine two days ago. Only takes my weight as a “guest”, I can change it inside the app and log it under my name… What a pain! Just ordered a smart scale from Apple I’m over it.
I spent a half an hour on the phone with Fitbit customer service and they had no answers other than saying “we are working on it and it’s a known issue”
