My fiancee and I both have Fitbit Ionics and recently bought a Fitbit Aria Air to help with tracking our weight loss. setting it up, it was completely fine and updated perfectly for both of us, however since then it won't update at all. We're opening the app to the 'Today' homescreen before stepping on the scale. The screen shows the bluetooth icon, but nothing updates on the app itself.
Looking through some other threads, I'm seeting that I can't have any other bluetooth devices connected to my phone or it will block the sync - Does that include our fitbit ionics?
Tried contacting support via live chat, but there wasn't even an attempt to help. they said that they raised a ticket and passed it to the aria team and that I'd hear back in 7 days, which I'm not particularly happy about.
If any of you have found a solution or even a workaround I'd be greatly appreciative. Or would it be worth returning it and getting some other smart scale. I'm a bit worried about spending the money on the Aria 2 as I've seen a lot of people commenting about problems connecting the wifi - are there any other problems after setup with that scale?
