Hi @Marshell927  there are no replacement parts for the scales. Is there a way you can rig one by taping a piece of plastic over the battery opening?

The tape does not stay. It’s unfortunate for the price of the scale they do not sale accessories. I will not buy another.

Try shipping tape or even duct tape.
