My Aria2 has worked perfectly up until last week. Now it is off by 20lbs. I've put in new batteries, recalibrated, reset, it's on a hard floor and no socks. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem.  I contacted chat support and advised them they said they would look into it and email me.  So far I have heard nothing.  If I step on it 5 different times I get 5 different weights... that is really not what you want from a scale.  I
