Aria Scale - Second Person issues

Hello,

 

I recently got an Aria scale and I’m the primary account holder. When I try to add my boyfriends Fitbit account, he will accept the invite (tried both app and website), and nothing happens. Just wanting to know if there is anything else we can try.

Hello Katie,

 

I have the same issue. My GF accepted the invitation, we see the scale in her devices (both website and mobile app), but whenever she steps on the scale, it asks to configure the device, says it belongs to someone else (me) and ask for an invite or a reset.

 

We are stuck in a loop.

 

I'm using an Android device, she's using an iPhone (has the latest version of the fitbit app to this date).

 

If someone from support could help us, it would be appreciated.
