Aria Scale doesn’t recognize me

After I stopped exercising and not using the scale for almost a year, eventually I decided to get back, so I changed the battery of the scale and set it up but unfortunately whenever I step in it doesn’t recognize me, only recognize me as a guest! I’ve reset it so many times but unfortunately same it recognizes me as a guest!

When guest appears, tap down hard on the lower right corner until your initials appear.
