Aria and Android app show different readings

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My android app displays a different weight to what the Aria says, if I log onto a computer it is the same as the aria and it reads correct from my husbands iphone.

I have logged out of app uninstalled, reinstalled and logged back in, but still same.

Anyone have this problem?

How much different?  Are we talking a tenth of a pound, several pounds,...?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@SMTS It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app shows different weights from your Aria itself. As my friend @JohnnyRow asked, I would also like to know how much different are the readings. In addition, please let us know that is your phone's model.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

Anything from 2 - 4lb, which isn't great when I'm trying to keep a log of my Dads weight for medical purposes.  For instance the scales read 8 stone 12 for him on Saturday but the app showed 8 stone 9.

Phone is a Samsung S9.
