Hi,
I've recently changed my wifi provider, and i did the exact same thing to reset, it was connected and all set.
But when I tried to weight myself, it goes sensing - step off - thinking - ERROR...
What do I do???
All I want is to weight myself

@Hailanvvang Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the "Sensing Thinking" error message that your Aria is displaying. I would like to follow up on this and would like to know if the issue persists or if the issue got resolved.
In the meantime, please let me know if you have an Aria 1 or Aria 2. You can view the differences in this post.
Looking forward to your response!

@Hailanvvang Thank you for getting back and providing the details requested previously. If you haven't done so, please take out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. Once this has been done, weigh yourself 5 times in a row in order to re-calibrate your scale.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Hi,
this did not work, Ive done what you said.
I've weighted myself five times in a row and the scale always shows go to this sensing - step off- thinking - error.
This did not fix the problem.....
This fitbit weight machine can not weight ...
