Aria has BMI button blacked out

Hi Inhave just bought the scales, whilst I can get the weight to reg on my app why are there blacked out BMI button on the scales, i have flicked the switch at the back but that just changes the weight measurement, does this eventually show up.

Hi @Emma_Fabb, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the BMI option issue that your Aria scales has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know what is the model of your Aria scale (Aria 1, Aria 2 or Aria Air).

 

In the meantime, try taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, set up your scale from scratch as instructed in this help page.
