My Aria has been working flawlessly for years. I even got new wifi access points several months ago, but since I kept the SSID and password the same, it didn't even have an issue continuing to connect after that. However, suddenly within the past few days, it is failing to sync. It shows the the wireless symbol with the x by it. Now...I have tried multiple trouble shooting steps already:
I can't help but be suspicious that the recent software update sent to the scale from the FitBit app is deliberately sabotaging my scale. This is the biggest change I can think of in recent times, and it seems awfully convenient that there is new Aria 2 on the market, and I'm sure my Aria 1 is out of warranty...

@cwag03 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm sorry to hear that your Aria is not connecting to your network.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Aria could be set up. In the meantime, please let me know what is the make and model of your router.

I have noticed the same issue over the last week or so. I have an Aria model FB201W that has worked with out issue in two different homes for many years. Currently in this house for 18 months with no issue . All of a sudden the Aria won't connect to the WiFi. Changed batteries, no change. Went through the setup again and I could only connect if I was in the same room as the main WiFi box. Since that is in the family room it's a bit of an issue.
Aria says it has firmware v39. When did that version come out? We do have a WiFi extender, however, the current system has worked without fail for 18 months until the last week or 10 days. No change to WiFi network setup. Your help with this issue would be appreciated.

Please let me know if your Aria displays an error message. Also, let me know what is the make and model of your router.
