Aria scale not allowing second account

I have connected my new Aria Air and have been happily logging my weight in the app. The problems have started at the point I have invited my wife as a user of the scale: while she has accepted the invite, when she gets on the scale her app asks her to set up a new Aria, then suggests the device was not set up properly and suggests a reset of the scale. Can anybody help?

I have same problem.  I have been trying to get her added for over a month now.
