So I'm trying to set up my Aria at my house and with that a new Wi-Fi name it's only 2 numbers and can't find it after I connect to the Aria wifi then to switch over to my house Wi-Fi. It finds others around.

@Cassksgixxer Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me help you with the setup issues that you are experiencing with your Aria scale.

 

Since you mentioned that you have a new WiFi network, please let me know that is the make and model of your router. Also, make sure that your router runs the protocol 802.11b, the bandwidth is 2.4GHz and your WiFi password is alphanumerical only.

 

In the meantime, please let me know if you get any error during the setup process.

The wifi name is just "27" but my watch recognizes it but not the scale.
