I have an Aria 101. Since August 29, 2019 it will not connect. 1st support person said it has a bad sensor. So I hooked up a replacement Aria 101 and it has the same issue. After working with 6 people, I still cannot get it to connect to the wi-fi. This is the same wi-fi we have always had. We have gotten it to read weight but not register it. The scale is in the same place as it was, and oh by the way it has no problem tracking my sleep from that distance. I think something has changed at fitbit. Too many people have this problem during the month of September 2019. WHAT is goin on?

I have gotten the "Sensing - Thinking - ERR" error since around that time as well. I replaced batteries, reset the scale, re-established wifi connection. Nothing has worked. Of course the customer service said I just need to buy a new one.

Thank you for replying as I was beginning to think I had lost it.
