so bummed. i’ve tried everything. even when support got it working for me after my comcast router change. 2 days later can’t connect again. Aria s just are not compatible with new routers. end of story. such a waste of an expensive scale that i loved and used for years.

@KerryFarioli Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not connecting to your Comcast router.
It has come to our attention that some users are experiencing issues with syncing/setting up Aria scales with Comcast/Xfinity routers and we are currently reviewing.
There is a workaround that has helped most users. For this, please follow the instructions below:
Thank you for your patience. Any update available, I'll make sure to share it in this thread.

The screen at Https://internet.xfinity.com/more does not have an "additional settings" page. I have looked all over the wifi section but it is not there. The aria should work - please complete your upgrade to let all Aria scales work with Xfinity

Hi guys! Found a fix for the ARIA not connecting to the new routers/wifi. Take the 2.4GHz network on your new router - name it EXACTLY what your prior internet was called. Use the same exact password as your old internet. Then, (on my Linksys, in the Wifi Settings) I set the Wifi Mode to 802.11b ONLY for the 2.4 GHz network. Take the batteries out of the Aria for 10 seconds to let it reset. Then mine synced perfectly.
Downside is the the 2.4GHz network is now only for my scale, but upside is that the scale is working and syncing. Everything else I have runs fine on the 5GHz network, which I can use the same names and passwords for or I can use different ones and update them on the individual devices. Hope this helps everyone!
