I cannot sync my aria to my wii-fi, any hint?

Hello

I was able to change my WiFi on my Aria scale, but it doesn't sync. Very frustrating! Any advice would be appreciated.

Update to my last post:  I just checked my Fitbit app again, (after reading the advice to update, which I did), and and the syncing is now working!! It seems it takes a little while to begin after the update.
