As of Sept 30 my Aria scale no longer loads to dashboard, or app,

On Sept 30, my Aria scale no longer loads to my dashboard and no longer loads to my app. The check mark shows up on the scale showing data has been transferred, and it knows who I am.
Is there some kind of software patch I need for the Aria? Firmware is V39
Tracker is Charge 4, firmware 48.200001.100.76

Hello @frbock 

I moved your post from the Fitbit.com Dashboard to the Aria scales Product help forum as this sounds more like an issue with your scale than the on-line Fitbit dashboard.

Hopefully someone here will be able to help you with your issue.

I have exactly the same problem (original Aria, v39 software). I'm always recognised as "guest". Did a factory reset on the scale (through the browser: the Aria isn't supported by the app anymore). It still recognizes me as Guest (on the scale display), but the guest data isn't uploaded to the cloud and doesn't appear in the dashboard on the app.

Therefore, I can't teach it that this is really me, by re-assigning the weigh-in (which used to work in the past).

I see that there's a similar thread here about the Aria 2, I will check that out to see whether people there have found a solution that might also work for the original Aria.

@frbock For your information: all the action is in the thread "Aria 2 won't register guest weight". But it doesn't look promising...
