Brand new out of box Aria 2 won't sync

Hello!

I have had my Aria 2 for 4 days and it has only synced once to my fitbit app. It's pretty annoying since I wanted this to help me. Should have gotten a cheaper scale since I have to enter my weight manually?

I have not changed my wifi setting. Interesting enough, the one time it synced was after I reset my router, which I'm not willing to do daily.

Please help before I return this,

Hi @Nurseamber1128, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the syncing issue that your Aria 2 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article, under the subject "Scales". This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

Finally, monitor your Aria 2 during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
