I came here looking for support for my Aria 2 scale. It worked fine at first, but now it’s using up a set of batteries every week  Every time I have to replace the batteries it’s a royal pain to get set up again, and then it’s constantly sensing that someone is standing on it and doesn’t turn off. Which uses up all the batteries. The only post I found were quite old and I’m wondering if anybody has any current solutions for this issue?

Hi @BabeRuthless2, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery draining issue that your Aria 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try cleaning the contacts of your scale with a cotton swab and a little bit of alcohol in order to remove any moisture or dust. After this, put the batteries again and monitor the life of the batteries and see if the issues gets fixed.
