I bought the aria air scales the day before yesterday, loved the idea of it syncing with my app. However, I managed to get them to sync on initial set up... Not managed it again!! I have closed and restarted app, done a factory reset on scales, reconnected them to my fitbit app... Nothing!!!
I have searched on here for solutions and can't find anything that works. I am so disappointed Fitbit, if they won't sync then they are just a very expensive set of basic scales! Please help!
