I can’t get my Aria 2 into setup mode. I have a new wifi, and so Aria can’t connect to wifi, and I can’t sync it with the Fitbit app. I have tried the following:
- Removed 1 battery for 10 sec
- Removed all batteries for 10 sec, 10 min, 1 hour etc
- Used the reset button (remove batteries, push the reset button while I’m inserting the batteries again)
Nothing works, it gets straight to «weighing» mode. SOS.

Please make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article. Since you mentioned that you have a new WiFi, please make sure that it complies with the requirements that the Aria needs to connect with it. The article contains the list of the requirements needed.
