I know the title is quite broad but my scale just does not work.

I followed all of the steps on how to set up my aria air scale but here are the problems:

- when I step on my scale it shows a random set of numbers ranging from 1 to 80 kilos before going back to 0 and giving me no result. I have recalibrated the scale several times but this keeps happening.

- when the scale did give me a number it was ridiculously high or low, at a given time weighing me 8.6 kilos.

- the scale also does not register my weight on my app.

 

Can someone please help me with this???

I'm having similar problems. My new Aria Air won't sync with my phone or laptop and displays a weight (no BMI) that is significantly different than my older Aria scale and the another scale I have in another room (both of those other readings are the same btw). Haven't found anything elsewhere that would prove helpful.
