So many people seem to have the same issue, with incorrect BF readings on Aria scales. Yet, when I contacted customer “support”, their response was that as the scales are just over two years old, they suggest I dispose of them and buy new ones as they do not offer a repair service. Not what one would expect in this day and age, and an extremely unsatisfying answer for a customer who has remained loyal for years, and acquired many Fitbit products for both myself as well as family members. No longer however.

@barrito Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the body fat issues that your Aria scale experienced. I'm also sorry that your scale is no longer under warranty. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.
