Bought this first costly Fitbit Aria scale and they had me on the phone for a long time making me do a bunch of stuff to fix something they already know does not work. Then they had the audacity to blame my internet provider which resulted in another long phone call and the problem had nothing to do with my internet provider. The last phone call..Fitbit finally told me there was nothing they could do and they will not do anything about it. Do not buy this product. I will never buy Fitbit again and i WILL spread the word to everyone I know and im involved in several large fitness groups.
They only have the Aria 2 scale listed because they're trying to hide all the problems and negative comments from the first scale everyone wasted money on that Fitbit doesn't care to do anything about.
