After a month or so of my scales not syncing with the app someone that resolved itself in July not this morning my scales are showing two unknown people as using my scales and myself and my husband have disappeared! This is getting beyond a joke and after years of being loyal to Fitbit they’re about to be sacked!!
So, I found out that when you get a display there is an x on the left, my icon in the middle, and a checkmark on the right, if you tap the scale on the x, it defaults to guest, and when you tap on the checkmark it defaults to the icon user.
