Help how do I reset

Can anyone help me reset my aria 2 after pressing reset button please idiots guide as I’m not very technical thanks

All you need to do is take the batteries out of the scale and put them back in.

Hi I’ve tried to connect twice however it just keeps going back to the beginning again, my battery in my I pad is failing so I’ll try again when I have more power thanks for your help 🙏😘

That iPad may be why you're having issues and could have saved a lot of troubleshooting if it was mentioned earlier. Please try the setup again from a laptop.

No I’ve been trying for a week but despite the battery loss checked this morning and yesterdays try at fix seems to have worked, thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏😘😘😘
