If your scale does not display "Setup Active" after removing and reinserting the batteries, it may have already been connected to a network. Putting your Aria into Setup Active mode
If your scale does not display "Setup Active" after following these instructions, please remove the batteries and try again - it may take a few tries to get the timing just right. Once your scale is showing this message, you can continue with the setup process as normal.
