I can't join an Aria scale

My mum has already setup the scale but I'm trying to connect to it and it is not letting me its making me reset it up.

Hello @Naomilaslett and a warm welcome.  Only one person sets up the scale.  For you to be added, your mum needs to invite you to the scale.  This Help article has the instruction for you mum to send the invite from the phone app or the web dashboard.
