Are you following this guide to setting them up?
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/
Where are you getting stuck and what error are you getting?

In that case it's probably best to contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

@LA4064 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 can't be set up. I would like to follow up on this case and would like to know if the issue persists or if your scale could connect to your network after following the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @SteveH.
In the meantime, let me know if you get any error message during the setup process.
Looking forward to your response!

@LA4064 Thank you for getting back! Since you mentioned that your Aria 2 could be set up with your tablet, it does not need to connect it to your phone now since your data gets synced and transferred to your Dashboard via WiFi. With this being said, every time you weigh yourself, the data will sync to your Fitbit app via WiFi, not through the phone. Once your data is synced, you just need to open your Fitbit app either through your phone or tablet app and your weigh ins should appear on your Dashboard.
Is your Aria 2 working properly now?
See you later!

I have the same problem. My scales won't set up either. I have tried using phone or macbook. The scales give the URL, but it does not say setup active as stated in the setup guide, and the Aria network does not appear in my wifi settings

@tjornhoj Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is also experiencing setup issues. Please make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article. Also, make sure that your router complies with the settings that are needed and also included in the article.
Let me know if the issue persists and I'll be happy to follow up!

I had to turn off the cellular radio on my phone to get the Aria 2 setup. With the phone only connected to wifi, the setup was easy.

I cannot connect my android smartphone to my aria 2 scales. After selecting
+ Set up a Device
Aria 2
My device is found and I enter the 4 digit number which appears on the display of the scales.
The phone app says "Connecting" but then returns to the initial setup screen without completing the setup process.
I have tried
* reinstalling the Fit bit app
* removing the batteries from my scale
* turning phone on/off
* turning WiFi router on/off
NB. I have successfully connected a Charge 2 watch to my phone app

Somehow I made it work, although I was never connected to the Aria network. Perhaps the installation is incomplete, but now I really don't care

@tjornhoj I'm so glad to hear that you managed to resolve the issue. If your account shows your Aria scale icon, this means that it was completely set up. I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.
