Has anybody used the Aria 2 that has had a total knee replacement?

Hello @Katgrainer and a warm welcome. The Aria 2 Manual specifically says not to use it if you have a pacemaker or an implanted medical device. There is no specific restriction about a joint replacement. This article from Consumer Reports mentions that these devices don't work well when you have a joint replacement.
If you have a joint replacement, the scale will likely underestimate your percent body fat. A small electric current passes through you. Body fat doesn't transmit the current as well as muscle and body fluids. But the metal in the joint transmits the current better than fat, muscle or body fluid. Faster current transmission means lower "sensed" body fat. So it will be incorrect, but consistently incorrect.
