- My Aria has been recognising me as a Guest for the last 6 weeks.
- When I viewed my profile, I saw that my weight was somehow set to 0.5kg
- When I tried to amend it to my actual weight of 84kg, I have been getting the message "Please provide a valid weight no greater than 680.4"
- Please assist ☺

@lingojourney Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your weight can't be changed on your profile. I would like to know if this issue is happening on your Fitbit app or your online Dashboard?

Online, I see that all my weights have been wiped to zero. On my app, it doesn't show any entry for the last couple of weeks. This does seem like a bug.
(A) How can this problem be solved?
(B) How can I export existing health data?

@lingojourney Thank you for getting back and providing the details requested previously. Please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, restart your Aria scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. Once you've done this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if the weight readings appear on your Fitbit app.

Thanks for your detailed reply. It would not explain why all my weight records have been set to 0 kg. As a software developer myself, this does look very much like a bug unfortunately.
