Scale shows an error message

When I get on my scales it just keeps sensing an the eventually shows an error message. I’ve taken the batteries out and occasionally when I do this I’ll get a weight but does not record body fat

Thank you for sharing this information about the inconvenience that you've been experiencing with your Aria scale.  

 

Before considering other options, please let me know what is the exact error message that you're seeing on the screen. In the meantime, you can try restarting the scale by removing the batteries for 10 seconds and putting them back in. This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
