Best AnswerIf you owned the product for 10 years, it's likely out of warranty to replace. If you're in the US, I think you're limited to a one year warranty. I would contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page), with the understanding that options for replacement might be slim.
You could ask them to assist you with running a battery diagnositc test to find out what else can be done.
