Just got scale out box and it’s never gave me the set up option I think I has been used and it won’t rest so I can setup WiFi…ugh I’m done ordering online 😩

I just received mine today; opened out of the box, this unit will not go into setup mode.  I've tried all of the suggestions.  I opened a ticket with Fitbit and it's been a few hours and no ticket was created.  Did you ever get resolution?  I feel certain this scale is defective.
