I have done EVERYTHING to get my Versa to connect over the past month and it will only connect for a few minutes every few days and NOW it's been 2 days since my Aria2 has synced!! the Manual Sync button is grayed out so I can't even get it to search for it on my computer! So FRUSTRATED!!! about to get a Samsung watch and link my Aria2 to it!! I need a real solution or I'm DONE with Fitbit!! So beyond angry!

Hi @Lbusch02, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa and Aria 2. I see where are you coming from, and I'm sorry that you're going through this experience. This shouldn't be happening, and I'll help you out with this situation. May I know what is displayed on the Aria 2's screen after weighing? Have you changed any setting about your router, such as the name or password? Do you have other Bluetooth connections turn off? Could you please verify if the router's frequency is set to 802.11b/g/n under 2.4GHz?

If you've not done so, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Remove the Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Close the Fitbit app from the open apps and reboot your phone.
  3. Verify that the Fitbit app is updated to the 3.1 version.
  4. Plug the Versa into the charging cradle, and place the Aria 2 within 10 feet from the router.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Account icon > setup a device.
  6. Choose the Aria 2 and follow the onscreen instructions. If you see a check mark on the scale's screen, that means it's connected.
  7. After completing the previous steps, setup the Versa as a new device.

If the issue persists and you see an error message on the Fitbit app, please take a screenshot and attach it in your reply. Also, provide me with your phone's model, as well the operative system of your computer.

Keep me posted.
