Got aira air today and works fine with husbands account however won’t for mine.
Keeps saying connected/synced then need an invite when try to get it to register weight, I’ve been invited 5 times, I’m part of the family group already, we’ve reset the scales 3 times, reset the phone 3 times. Updated the app and checked scale software is up to date. Turned on and off Bluetooth 3 times, disconnected my husbands account to see if they works but nothing is working for my account.
any suggestions please or we will be sending this back as it’s not doing what we want
