I spent about an hour trying to connect my new scale to my wireless network. I tried the downloadable application on my laptop, my android phone (using the app/website) and through the website on another workstation. It would get to the point where it would detect the network, but fail the final step.
I finally figured out that my issue was that I had only 2 initials instead of 3. I don't usually include my middle initial on anything, so I was using only my given and family name. After I noticed on one of the installations that it pulled an error relating to user initials did I try all 3 and then the connection worked and everything was fine.
Just thought I'd pass this along to anyone else having issues connecting to wifi and getting stuck...
