Hmmm... I've not experienced anything similar but I can recommend restarting your tracker. For that, press and hold the left and lower right b uttons for 10-12 seconds and it will reboot. After that, keep an eye on it and see if it makes any difference.
Let me know how it goes. Good to see you in the Community @ChelseaGirly 🙂

Hi @Steppingup1972. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂
Have you tried to set up your tracker as a new device?
For that, you just need to go to the Account section at the bottom right corner of your dashboard in the app. Choose the option that says "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions and after that, try it out and see if this makes any difference.

Thanks for getting back @Steppingup1972. Since you've already tried to restart your tracker and have also troubleshot the app to no avail, I would recommend getting in touch with the Support Team directly for them to take a deeper look and see what could be causing this.
Let me know how it goes or if you need any more help!

@Atillotson lets look to Fitbits online help and this document, or your user manual.

Hey @Atillotson! Good to see you in the Fitbit Community! 😄
Restarting your Fitbit Flex is really easy! Just put your tracker to charge as you would normally do and once it's charging, you will notice a little hole in the back of the charger. With the help of a toothpic or a paper clip or anything that fits in the little hole, insert the toothpic or paper clip for about 5-7 seconds and this will make your tracker to restart.
Hope you find this helpful. Anything else you may need, let us know!
