Dear Fitbitcustomerservice,

I don't know if this is the right place to comment is but I'll go ahead anyway and correct me if I'm wrong. I want to contribute by telling a few things that could be improved.

1: The fitbit blaze stopwatch display goes dark after a few seconds this is not very convenient when you want to keep track of the time.
2: The gps on the fitbit blaze watch is not very accurate when I run the exact same route, I sometimes have to walk 200-300m extra to complete the 5km.

I hope that these are issues that can be fixed atleast for the stopwatch.

A warm welcome to the Community @MisterJ! The best place to make your ideas heard is Feature Suggestion board. I found an idea that you can vote regarding the first point that you made, allow time display to stay on

In regards to the GPS accuracy, I would like you double check the following: You may not have an accurate GPS because of tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills, or even thick cloud cover. All of these can interrupt the connection between your tracker and GPS satellites.

You can try restarting your tracker and phone to make sure everything is working properly.

Hope this helps!
