Accuracy of heart rate

Is anyone getting an inaccurate heart rate? Mine says 90 fat burn, and I'm laying around.

But what is the heart readings? Both testing and fat burn.

Fat burn is based on the calories being burnt, based on your BMR. 

It's tyre Age, Gender, Weight set correctly?
