Active minutes decreasing when I sync

Hi,

Can anyone help me? When I sync my active minutes to the Fitbit app, it takes off 10-12 minutes of my workout time. It’s a Fitbit Blaze.

A warm welcome to the Community @Calvin82.

Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be taken away this information? Can you please tell me how are you logging your exercises?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Thanks for the update @Calvin82. Could you please provide me with a photo of the active minutes that you are seeing in your tracker and the ones you are seeing in the app? To attach an image, you can follow the instructions provided in this post.

See you around. Man Happy
