My Fitbit blaze screen isn’t working the lights on the back are flashing and I’ve tried to restart it but the screen is still blank, it’s still tracking my steps tho. Please help

Hi alejandra,
this problem also occur to my fitbit blaze just hours ago. The green light in the back is flashing, the touch screen have light but its all black. I already try to restart it over and over again but its still happening. I also already try to charge it and still same thing happen.Please help thankyou

First let me say, my Fitbit Blaze has been working flawlessly until now. I love it. I am now having an issue where the screen was just black. I did a reset as found on some links on this board and now the screen just shows the Fitbit emblem. Is there a way I can fix this or get it fixed?
