Active minutes disappear

Since I updated my iPhone 7 I have been having issues with my Blaze. It won’t always GPS with my phone and now it is losing active minutes. It has happened twice. The minutes show up after my walk then disappear at some point in the day. 

I have restarted my Blaze and I have removed it from the app several times and then reinstalled it. Any other ideas?

Great to see you around @Lakesidemama, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your tracker isn't connecting with your iPhone, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. About your active minutes, are you manually logging any type of activity that might be taking away? If you are, I recommend deleting that activity. Now if you aren't, could you please provide me with some screenshot about this, where I can see that your active minutes are getting lower?
