Active minutes, sleep and syncing issues

Since the Dec 14th, 2017 my Blaze has not registered my Active Minutes or Sleep Pattern and from Jan 1st, 2018 it won't sync with the challenges on the App. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. Since I upgraded my phone and changed networks from EE to Sky it hasn't been able to sync text messages nor will it track my routes through GPS.

 

Any help would to fix these issues would be appreciated.
