There are no Activity Minutes showing on my tracker, even though I walked for over half an hour in my local mall. Why?

I was referring to the App. Not the actual Blaze watch.

Take a look at the graph of the events calories. This will show how active each minute was.
For my example, only minutes over the 5 line are considered active.

A warm welcome to the Forums @gtgirl and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
Have you checked if this tile is selected? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Scroll down
2. Tap Edit
3. Select the active minutes tile
4. Save the changes
5. Sync
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. ![]()
