I got a blaze just over a month ago, I have to say I am seriously disappointed in several ways and now if I try start a new adventure it says I can't do 2 at a time when I don't have any unfinished adventures.
Having looked into this I find people have been having this problem for over 6 months, you would have though it would have been solved in that time.
This really is the last straw for me, the battery is supposed to last 5 days I have to recharge it every other day, again a common problem. Also you should be able to use the Bluetooth connection to use the heart rate monitor with any program not just the Fitbit app or at least the app should be able to link to any other app, again a common problem people find.
For the price we pay for these things there shouldn't be any of these issues and not left for 6 months and not be solved, I'm giving it a week and if it's not solved it's going in the bin and I'm contacting trading standards. It just shows the company to be one that takes money and then gives no support.

A warm welcome to the Community @Fenderplayer76. I would like to know if you keep having problems starting a new adventure challenge? If you do, could you please tell me which phone you have? In the meantime, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated.
