Trying to add blaze to my account but keeps saying Bluetooth busy. Tried for 5 hours. Can't see how I can do this with my computer, I don't have a USB key as I did with my other fitbit. What can I do. Very annoying, my surge went faulty, blank screen that would not correct no matter how many times I restarted it. Think I have made a mistake sticking with fit bit.!!

A warm welcome to the Community @Pandoraz. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Could you please tell me which phone you have so I can provide you the correct troubleshoot? Also, if you have the dongle of your previous tracker, keep in mind that you can use to paired your Blaze, you just need to do the following:

  1. Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer.
  2. Click Open Main Menu.
  3. Click Set Up A New Fitbit Device.
  4. Click Existing User and log in to your account.
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

@Pandoraz by USB key, if your refferring to the Bluetooth Fitbit dongle, now if you use to sync through the computer, then the computer is ready to serup your Blaze.

Sipmply make sure Fitbit connect, or the Win10 app is up to date.

If you are running Win10 and the computer has Bluetooth the dongle might not be needed.

Thanks, I saw another post that had the solution and on my 4th attempt (the firmware update that is supposed to take 10 minutes took 3 hours twice!!) it has finally started working. Thanks
