Just updated my app and now there’s a huge banner Ad perminantly planted right in the middle of my home screen. I didn’t spend $200+ On one of your devices to be bombarded and hounded to buy a new device every time I open the app and to have it in my face the whole time I’m in there. Get rid of the constant in app advertising or my next device will be a watch with a fruit logo.

Hi there @akervin, great to have you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry about this inconvenient. I personally have not experienced this but I have a friend of mine who had this banner appearing and what she did is that she did force quit the app and when she opened it again, it was gone. For this, make sure to double press the home button on your phone and then, swipe the Fitbit app up to make it close. Then open it again and see if your dashboard appears without any ads this time.
