The Blaze calculates the hours asleep, awake, etc however it seems to note that I go to sleep much later than actually do. Curious as to what constitutes "asleep". Thanks in advance

Hi there @David8400. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
When it comes to sleep tracking, your Blaze relies on two things to calculate your sleep. One is your heart rate which is important to determine Sleep Stages but it also relies on your movement to determine that you're actually asleep. In order for your tracker to start calculating sleep automatically, you need to be still for at least an hour and it could be that you're moving a lot while falling asleep or right after falling asleep and this is the reason why it says that you're actually sleeping later than you really do.
Take this into consideration and let me know if you have any other doubts.
